  • What kind of data do we have about you and how have we obtained it?

The categories of personal data that we process from customers and suppliers are:

All of the above-mentioned data has been obtained either directly from you through the submission of a commercial offer, contractual proposal, etc., or through your company by providing us with identification data and other information necessary to carry out the purpose of the contractual relationship between the parties. It is your or your company’s obligation to provide us with the updated data in the event of any change.

  • For what purpose do we process your data?

We process the data provided to us by interested parties in order to manage different activities derived from specific procedures carried out in terms of sales, after-sales service, supplier management, quality of services, etc. In this way, we will use your data to carry out one of the following actions:

  2. Sending the information requested through the contact form on our website or any other means of contact with our company,

  • How long will we keep your data?

The data provided by our clients and suppliers will be retained as long as the commercial relationship between the parties is maintained, respecting in any case the minimum legal retention periods according to the subject matter.

Worker data will be retained as long as the employment relationship is maintained and, in any case, as prescribed by labor legislation to that effect.

In the case of images obtained by the video surveillance system, the retention period will be 1 month, in accordance with the provisions of article 22.3 of the LOPDGDD, unless they must be kept for delivery to the competent authorities.

In any case, we will keep your personal data for the period of time that is reasonably necessary considering our needs to respond to issues that arise or solve problems, make improvements, activate new services, and comply with the requirements demanded by applicable legislation. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period of time even after you have stopped using our products or this website. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all our systems.

Images/voice of workers: publication of image/voice on the company’s website, company books, social networks in order to make the workforce known. Express consent of the data subject.
Geolocation: Work and spatial control of company vehicles and mobiles. Execution of the employment contract. Article 20.3 of the Workers’ Statute and 90 of the LOPDGDD. Legitimate interest of the controller. 

In the event that you do not provide your personal data, it will not be possible to execute your contract, comply with legal obligations or obligations derived from the public authorities.

  • To which recipients will your data be disclosed?

We will not transfer your personal data to any third-party company intending to use it for their direct marketing actions, except in the case where you have expressly authorized us to do so.

We inform you that we may provide your personal data to public administration bodies and competent authorities in those cases where they legally require us to do so or in cases where, acting in good faith, we consider such action to be reasonably necessary to comply with a judicial process; to respond to any legal claim or demand; or to protect the rights of the company or its customers and the public in general.

We inform you that your data will not be transferred or communicated to third parties; the company is solely responsible for its processing and custody.

We will stop processing the data, except for compelling legal reasons, the exercise or defense of possible claims, or in those exceptions set out in the applicable regulations.
