  • Soupe à l’oignon. Traditional French onion soup with its toast of melted Emmental cheese.
  • Roasted sweet potato, beet, pardina lentils, broken goat cheese, seeds, orange-tahini dressing.
  • Salad with roasted red peppers, cucumber, carrots, picatoste, black olives and homemade Caesar sauce.
  • Russian salad with kimchee mayonnaise and tuna belly.
  • Steamed leeks, Béarnaise sauce with tarragon and fine herbs.
  • Pissaladière of tomato ratatouille, zucchini, eggplant, basil-nut pesto.
  • Egg mollet (organic), pea emulsion, ham in two textures and wild asparagus.
  • Wok of sautéed artichokes with rougail sauce (Supplement of 4€).
    Dish only available in season.


  • Bourguignon of Galician beef cheeks with red potato parmentier.
  • Iberian secret confit with orange served with creamy céleri.
  • Bouillabaisse marsellesa: exquisite and famous seafood soup of fish, seafood, cracked potatoes and rouille toast (supplement of 4€).
  • Baked Icelandic cod with aioli gratin, served on a bed of potatoes in a traditional style.
  • Baked salmon, beurre blanc sauce, vegetable julienne (supplement 4€).
  • Monkfish green curry Gran sol, prawns, Basmati rice.
  • Mellow rice of the day (ask our staff for the flavor of the day).
  • Couscous, fine herbs, chickpeas, carrots, zucchini, red peppers, green oil, almond emulsion and crunchies (suitable for vegetarians and vegans).
  • Pumpkin ravioli, shiitake mushrooms, parmesan flakes, mushroom sauce and fresh sage, corn crisp (suitable for vegetarians).


  • Caramelized apple Tarte Tatin.
  • Creamy chocolate cake, coffee shortcrust pastry base, vanilla ice cream.
  • Cheesecake with red fruit coulis and botanicals.
  • Lemon soufflé (suitable for celiacs)

Important information - Celiacs

Brasserie – Restaurant Atmosphère has dishes prepared without gluten, but it does not have an isolated and exclusive laboratory in the kitchen that guarantees 100% no cross-contamination of food.

We inform you that we are not a restaurant specialized in coeliacs and that we take every precaution in the preparation of gluten-free dishes, but it is the customer who knows his degree of tolerance and reaction to the eventual and involuntary trace in the process of preparation and consumption at the table, along with other non-coeliac diners.

We ask for your cooperation to optimize the system of RESERVATIONS and CANCELLATION of tables, indicating the time and exact number of diners who will attend. In the event that a guest is unable to attend, please inform the restaurant two hours in advance to make the appropriate reorganization of the dining room, kitchen and service.

La reserva no se puede cambiar para otro día.
Si no se presenta la totalidad de los comensales no se devuelve el dinero de los comensales faltantes, no se puede pedir su comida para llevar, para compatir en mesa y no se puede adjudicar el importe de su cubierto al total de la cuenta de la mesa. Se devuelve la totalidad hasta la fecha específica indicada en cada contratación. A partir de esta fecha, no se devuelve el 50%
La cancelación con devolución del dinero sólo podrá hacerse hasta la fecha indicada en la contratación, independientemente del motivo.
Modificación del número de comensales: número exacto de comensales hasta una semana antes de la fecha reservada. Si no, se cobra la totalidad de los comensales. Si el número de comensales es al alza, se debe actualizar el abono a cuenta para la reserva.

The gourmet menu includes a variety of authentic, fresh and appetizing dishes so that each diner can enjoy a balanced and delicious meal with enough variety, so that between the selected starters, main courses and desserts, a pleasant gastronomic experience can be achieved, without excesses.

The dishes on the menu are chosen based on the purchase of the best fresh and seasonal foods from the market, cooked without additives, preservatives or fifth range products.

The starting point is the Gourmet Menu and from then on, we propose an itinerary through our ‘Cuisine of the world with a French touch’ in tasting plates format, for you to discover the recipes and gastronomic proposal of our chef Emmanuelle Malibert.

The Tasting Menus are composed of individual dishes designed to follow a gastronomic route through a selection of recipes that explore the cuisine of Atmosphère.

In this way, you will always be able to taste the specialties of the Menu of the Day, as well as some other surprises that will enhance the gastronomic experience.

Dishes and portions are above all succulent and surprising, balanced and healthy at the same time, to reach the end of the meal satisfied and at ease.
