From June 3 to 20 we participated in the gastronomic event ‘Tapas d’Ací’, a nice contest focused on putting in value the pleasure of tapas. For the occasion we created the TAPA GOURMET Clóchinas Café-Paris, according to the philosophy of the organization to promote the idea: CONSUME LOCAL – SUPPORT OUR OWN.

The “clóchina” is a VALENCIAN HANDLE, an exquisite seasonal mollusk, which we present with the subtleties of the Café-Paris sauce and all the fine herbs of the Valencian orchard.
