Caesar dressing

To make about 300 ml of sauce:

100 ml whole milk
200 ml sunflower oil (very important that it is sunflower oil)
20 grams of Parmesan cheese
3 anchovies in oil
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 tbsp fine salt
1 squeeze of squeezed lemon
1 handful fresh parsley leaves (stems removed)

Blend everything with the minipimer.

It’s that simple!
