Horseradish sauce is a special and delicious dressing that can go well for many salads:
- Egg mollet salad with mushroom carpaccio
- Peach salad with duck ham and pine nuts
- Salad of grated carrots, pineapple, prawns and bean sprouts
- Beetroot, avocado, raff tomato, asparagus and fresh cheese salad
- Ect….
- I buy 1 bunch of radishes and grate them to get about 5 tablespoons
- Add 3 tablespoons of old-fashioned mustard
- 1 individual juice of pineapple juice
- 1 single pear juice
- I add a light olive oil with a whisk, without too much intensity and flavor. Olive oil doesn’t have to play a leading role in this dressing.
- Salt and ground black pepper.
And voilà, put it in the salad of your choice, you’ll see how good it is.
