Chicken Satay

Hello everyone!

Here is my recipe for chicken satay for 4 people at the rate of 2 skewers per person.

1 chicken breast makes 4 skewers (4 pieces per skewer, 8 pieces per person approx.)

Cut the breasts into large pieces, smear the chicken with Petjil and let it rest for 2 hours.

On the other hand, we make the sauce with coconut milk, green curry, ketjap, peanut butter, broken peanuts, and salt. and bring to a boil and leave to a simmer.

When serving, bake the skewers for 15 minutes without removing the Petjil and with a little oil on top.

Remove from the oven, cover with the sauce and serve with basmati rice or eggplant with honey.
