Salted Parmesan coca

Ingredients:
  • 180 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 10 cl milk
  • 10 cl oil
  • 100 g Gruyère cheese
  • 150 g grated Parmesan
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 cc black pepper
  • Salt
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC
  2. Mix the eggs, oil and flour until you get a little volume.
  3. Then, add the 2 cheeses.
  4. Finally, add the yeast and stir well.
  5. Knead well.
  6. Put it in the oven:
    1. 30 minutes at 180º if we put it on the tray.
    2. 50 minutes at 180ºC if we put it in a plumcake mold.

It’s ideal for a picnic day out!
