Cherry clafoutis

Clafoutis de cerezas

Prepared? Let’s go with the ingredients:

6 whole eggs
8 tbsp ground almonds
330 gr icing sugar
190 gr liquid butter
450 ml cream

Mix all these ingredients, pour them on top of a mold sifted with butter and sprinkle with flours, spread about 30 pitted cherries on top of the dough (approximately) and bake at 180 º about 30 minutes or until it is done but still tender.

Remember that it is served with a cherry coulis and icing sugar on top.
