Moelleux au Chocolat (EN)

This is the recipe for the exquisite “Moelleux au Chocolat” that we usually prepare at l’Atmosphère. Who dares to take it?

  • 160g flour
  • 300g sugar
  • 4 huevos
  • 200g chocolate
  • 250g butter

I’m just going to say that you have to mix all the ingredients very, very well, deposit the mixture in a round mold and put it in the oven at 180ºC for 30 to 40 minutes.

Be very careful with cooking, it has to be crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside.
